Description

Countersunk Phillips Drive Hi-Low Thread Concrete Screws are high-efficiency direct-fastening screws designed for hard substrates such as concrete, solid brick, and lime sand brick, enabling expansion-free installation without anchors. Manufactured from premium high-strength carbon steel (1022/10B21) via precision cold forging, heat treatment, and thread rolling, they can be zinc-plated, colored zinc, or Dacromet coated for corrosion resistance and weatherability, suitable for indoor and mild outdoor environments. The screws feature a 90° countersunk head with Phillips drive and a Hi-Low thread structure: high threads cut concrete fibers, low threads form locking engagement, significantly reducing driving resistance and improving anchoring strength. The self-tapping tip drives directly into concrete, eliminating the need for expansion anchors. Widely used in construction, equipment installation, and pipe support fastening, they are versatile concrete fastening solutions balancing installation efficiency, high anchoring strength, and convenience.

Main Features:

1.Hi-Low Thread Structure: High threads cut concrete/masonry fibers, low threads form locking engagement, reducing driving resistance and improving anchoring strength with lower installation torque

2.90° Countersunk Head: Sinks flush with the workpiece surface after installation for a smooth, unobtrusive finish, ideal for ceiling and wall applications requiring high flatness

3.Universal Phillips Drive: Compatible with standard screwdrivers and power tools, no special bits required for universal use and low installation threshold

4.Direct Fastening Without Expansion Anchors: Drives directly into concrete, solid brick, and lime sand brick without expansion anchors, eliminating extra steps for significantly improved construction efficiency

5.High-Strength Material & Heat Treatment: Premium carbon steel with quenched and tempered heat treatment, high hardness and toughness, tensile strength ≥ Grade 8.8, resistant to breakage and deformation

6.Multiple Surface Treatments: Zinc plating, colored zinc, Dacromet, and other processes available to meet rust, weather, and corrosion resistance needs for indoor, outdoor, and coastal environments

7.Full Hi-Low Thread Shank: Continuous threads for deep engagement with concrete, offering excellent pull-out and torsion resistance for heavy-load applications

8.Multi-Substrate Compatibility: Directly suitable for concrete, solid brick, lime sand brick, and stone, also compatible with wood and metal parts for strong versatility

Hi-low Thread Concrete Screw

Common Applications:

1.Building Decoration Engineering: Fixing light steel keels, drywall, ceilings, and partitions to concrete substrates

2.Piping & HVAC Systems: Installing fire protection, water supply, and air conditioning duct supports to concrete walls/floors

3.Equipment Installation: Securing small equipment, electrical enclosures, distribution boxes, and surveillance brackets to concrete

4.Curtain Wall & Exterior Wall Projects: Connecting exterior wall panels, insulation boards, and keels to concrete structures

5.Outdoor & Anti-Corrosion Projects: Fixing outdoor facilities, canopies, sheds, and railings to concrete foundations, suitable for humid and outdoor environments

6.Renovation & Retrofit Projects: Old house renovation, retrofits, and secondary fixing to concrete walls/floors

7.Other Hard Substrate Scenarios: Connecting wood, metal parts, and supports to solid brick, lime sand brick, and stone
