Product Description：

Anti-Rotation Principle of Square Neck

The carriage bolt features an integrated square neck right under the round head.

During installation, the square neck seats into a pre-fabricated square hole on the plate. When tightening the nut, the square neck is locked inside the square hole to stop the bolt from spinning together with the nut.

No extra wrench is required to hold the bolt head, allowing one-person installation and greatly boosting assembly speed.

Important Installation Notice

Your plate must be pre-drilled with a square hole matching the size of the bolt square neck!
  • Oversized square hole: The square neck will slip, anti-turn function fails, the bolt rotates along with nut and cannot be fully tightened.
  • Undersized square hole: The bolt cannot be pressed into the plate smoothly.

    Please confirm the square neck dimension before machining holes to achieve reliable connection.
